1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online gaming services operated by pkluk ("Platform", "we", "our"). "User" or "you" as used in these Terms refers to any person who visits the pkluk website or uses its services.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. pkluk may request additional documents at any time to verify identity. Failure to provide documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at pkluk is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pkluk does not participate in, and will not allow, any money laundering or financing-related activities. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account will be immediately suspended for investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 — winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after this amount has been wagered.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If a deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• pkluk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all associated accounts.

5 Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Policy

pkluk believes in fair play. Any fraudulent tactics, automated software (bots), collusion, or any other misconduct in gaming is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
• Operating an account using a false identity or third-party information.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's technology or security systems.

5.3 Technical Errors

Incorrect results or erroneous payments caused by a technical error will not be considered valid. In such cases, pkluk reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant transaction.

6 VIP Program

pkluk's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier is determined by a player's activity and engagement with the platform. pkluk reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Account Suspension & Cancellation

7.1 User's Right to Close Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before submitting an account closure request, please ensure all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

7.2 pkluk's Right to Suspend Accounts

pkluk may suspend or cancel an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. pkluk uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information safe.

Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties, however necessary information may be shared with selected trusted partners for the purpose of operating the service.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled through the appropriate authority.

13 Changes to Terms

pkluk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided to the registered email address or on the platform. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you have the option to close your account.

14 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect even with that specific part removed.
